shipment instructions for additional doses.") to mean that Trump "WON'T PROVIDE DESTINATION INFORMATION" to Pfizer?

Likely because you consume your information from sources like The Blaze and NewsMax, you may have missed the interview with the HHS secretary where he said that Pfizer was having problems with it's manufacturing and "would need their help."

And the states were told there would be shortages in the doses they were told they would receive.
