That guy should be helping out 'this guy' without being robbed by, and without having to be told to do so, by a govt that has proven, year after year after year, that it can't spend taxpayers' money responsibly.
Give it a rest with this Trickle down economics bullshit. It's been the cornerstone of Americas economic foundation for decades and hasn't done a damn thing to address the wealth gap save for make it bigger.
