In Wisconsin, you can declare yourself indefinitely confined only if you are age, physical illness, or infirmity. You cannot vote by mail if you are using Covid-19 as an excuse to vote by mail. Since the number of those ballots are many times higher than in 2016, many of those ballots can be tossed, but they must be individually examined.
