We should be using it to our advantage. There's a hell of alot a bunch of states can do when absolutely no one has any legal interest in stopping them.
For one, You could easily get every illegal, criminal and problem person out of the red block in a month and force them into blue states.
Empty out the prisons and force them out too under pain if a life sentence if they don't leave.
You could even force everyone to own a gun or pay a monthly fine..
Just create new laws in place of the constitution due to covid. Supreme court won't take the case because it's an internal matter..
