Yep, if anyone is having issues with police just take the ticket and contest it in court. They'll drop the charges and you'll pay nothing because they don't want a precedent of government not being able to mandate things to the general public without passing laws.

The problem is that some businesses are going to mandate it. Several airlines have already said they will require proof of vaccination before you can fly. Your boss could make it mandatory and it would be legal.

The airlines are almost out of business. What do you think will happen when people flock to the few that don't require masks? The rest will tank.
You can find a different job. In fact in my area just about every business is looking for workers.
