Tears flooding

I know this is off topic but I read somewhere that people in flooded areas, like after a hurricane, was getting infections because of bacteria from the water getting into open wounds. Or something like that. I do not live along the coast nor been through a flood so I did not know about that. If you don't have any open wounds keeping yourself covered might help prevent scratches.

Quite true. No telling where flood water has been flowing from. Very unsanitary.
