Fact checking by the left might include testimonials from transsexuals promoting their "fairy tale" book while reading to young, innocent six-year-olds in a public library. Is that video submitted to court as evidence? The ONLY evidence that matters is what a court would accept and find convincing.

Why would it not be admitted? Why would it not be convincing? It is a video tape of precisely what happened that night. There was a whole lot less evidence in the RUSSIA investigation/farce (bordering on 0% truth against a sitting POTUS) yet you embraced it as gospel. I guess if leftists didn't have double standards, they would have no standards at all.

Better questions:

Why is it not admitted?
Why is it not convincing?

Evidence pushed on the internet and not in a courtroom is worthless. If you believe in it, then have it submitted as evidence.

We've told you this before. The judges refuse to see it, but its all going to come out in the Supreme Court. There they will view the evidence and make an actual decision that is binding.

Read the court documents. The judges DEMANDED to see it and saw nothing.

Get a clue: the Supreme Court aren't interested. You said they'd be involved last Monday, remember? Their silence should be deafening to you. You should have noticed that you got this wrong a long time ago.
