I think there was fraud
And I think if the vote were properly audited (not just recounted without regards to validity) it might change Trump to the winner (the votes won't be properly audited though, but I digress)
However, even then the breakdown of total votes is still going to be about half and half, with the largest deviation being about 60/40 (and even that's pushing it)
