I automatically downvote any meme I discover with comments disabled. Fortunately those are almost always leftist in origin, bad memes to begin with, and totally deserving of a downvote anyway.

There's also a trumpster that does it. Very disappointing.

If I recall correctly, saw a certain someone (who changed his well known name twice now) do it once which is surprising, maybe tapped the wrong thing by accident, and I believe one who always has 1 or 2 on the FP, or some other like that, seen that once, so I ain't saying names because I ain't sure which it was.

Oh, I have no doubt there's more. That's a function I can see in the fun stream or whatever. There's been a few times I've clicked on a meme I agree with to post what I thought was a half decent meme and f**k, no comments.

If so sorry to hear but It isn't cowardice. I just didn't have bother or time for replying comments on some of the themes of the memes and usualy I write no comment required so people know before they go in to the page attempting to do so.
And BTW I'm always downvoting no comment memes so I can assure you if people are doing it to the ones I post it's no skin off my nose it's a fair cop. Although I will add that the ones who usualy turn off comments are from the trolling "Trump owns corono deffs" and such gem postings who only post because they think they're achieving something against Trump supporters.

I've put up maybe 5 in the last weeks with no comment. They were the kind of meme making a statement of truth so they probably wouldn't have had anyone rushing to comment but no comment was necessary either unless you were a Leftarded type commenter.

I've generally given people the benefit of a doubt when it comes to turning off comments as I understand it could be by accident - it is so easy to activate an unintended key when you use your phone keyboard. It is when the same person does it numerous times that I begin to wonder what they are afraid of. And yes, there are a few folks known to do this.
