Court cases can be taken up under very effective safety measures that would both conceal the defendant's identity and still allow evidence to be disclosed. Look at how Roe v. Wade was conducted.

The fact remains that no evidence is being cited that proves these allegations true. In this country that is simply not enough to condemn someone, even if they may very well have committed the alleged acts.
