Bro, you're conflating concepts. 1) portland hasn't implemented a defund the police movement, 2 it has nothing to do with controlling crowds, and 3, I live in Portland. When I travel everyone asks me about Portland and it's not like you see on major news outlets. It's a few people some nights on the same couple blocks. The whole city is not in shambles or ruins.

The no bail/auto release policies for those arrested and bailing out rioters by the party show that republican are practically mind readers.
