yeah, but that's not what velociraptors looked like at all. a closer match would maybe be utahraptor, but still theyre hands couldnt rotate in the direction the one above has them facing. and also they would have probably been covered in feathers
well there is no evidence on utahraptor in particular i believe, but other species closely related have feathers and it is generally accepted that utahraptor had them too. and the thing about the hands, thats not "theory," they physically would not be able to rotate their hands that way without breaking their wrists.
