What’s your opinion on face masks?

I hate masks but I hate people who refuse to wear masks even more

I hate them but I wear them all the time because I know they are here to protect you and I don't want to get COVID-19.

I find them slightly uncomfortable. That being said, I have absolutely no problem wearing one outside as the Coronavirus is absolutely a thing. Also, they do a good job of keeping your nose from freezing when it's cold out.

I would recommend cloth ones as a kind of a "muffler." Does a better job than getting yarn stuck in your teeth and spit stuck in the muffler.

They are so stupid because some people don’t wear them over their noses which makes the mask not work so why even wear them. Also restaurants don’t make sense it’s like if your in the seated position you won’t get COVID so you can take off your mask. It just doesn’t make sense.

when a cloth mask is being worn, it prevents tiny drops of liquid coming out, more than in. it doesn't really work the same in and out.

If it doesn't work the same in and out, then wear the mask inside-out to protect yourself, and if you want to protect yourself AND others, then wear two masks with one of them inside-out.

I am merely being logical. If there is a flaw in my logic please point it out, I genuinely want to know if my reasoning is errant.

I’m not a mask expert, but the basics are that the fabric can absorb/block small particles that come out of your mouth/nose. Wearing the mask inside out won’t change the way it works (unless the shape of the mask is very specific). So bitch, don’t come anywhere near me with your infectious Karen-like personality and covid.

Well, if the mask absorbs the particles, then if you wear a mask it will absorb my particles, right? If so, the people who are scared of Coronavirus can wear masks to protect themselves, but healthy people can go unmasked and risk infection.

Ok listen up idiot, it’s possible to catch the virus through membranes in your eyes also, and it’s still possible for droplets to get through the mask to you through the gaps in it, but when you mouth and nose are right next to it, it is far less likely.
