There is a problem with dropping martial law. The criminal deep state through the patriot act and other instruments they placed into law can then invoke other emergency management procedures which favor whatever it is they want to do.
I'm not expert on this so I can't provide further detail but have been told there would be a problem, you should be able to go learn more online if you wish to.
Trump has put Spaceforce at the top of the chain of command for the military and it is under his control with his men and therefore any U.S military force beneath should follow direction from above but as I said there's some aspect which deep state control which helps tie Trumps hands. Whether that is high level Commander types in the other branches who are committed to the Military Industrial Complex the Deep state etc I'm not clued enough to tell you.
