I would prefer a shoe over Biden or Trump. It would stop the president from signing new laws. We have far too many laws as it is. We need a Constitutional amendment that says for every new law Congress wants passed they have to repeal 200 existing laws until we reach a level of legislation that equals that of the number of laws at the founding of this country.

That way we can get our freedom back.

Your plan was never in the Constitution. Ever. In fact, as I said, the purpose of the Constitution to begin with was to address the fact that the first ten years of our country's history, they couldn't legislate as much as they needed to. The Constitution set us up to be able to make laws; the conservation of some magical balance was not the point, because the system prior to the Constitution flat out failed.

Antithesis. Typically when someone says we need a Constitutional Amendment, it means that is it NOT currently in the Constitution. So it should be very obvious that my "...plan was never in the Constitution".

The point is we have far too many laws. The vast majority of them are completely unnecessary (on the positive side) or are tyrannical (on the negative side). I am not talking about repealing laws that protect people from physical or financial harm. I am talking about business regulations that do absolutely nothing but cost the business, sometimes, millions just to obey those laws. Those are the kind of laws that cost the consumer because the business has no choice but to pass the cost on to the consumer. There are TONS of those types of laws that hides taxation and make you hate Capitalism. The government has become a massive parasite that is hurting the host by making the cost of living for all Americans very difficult.

Antithesis. Oh how wrong you are. Our Constitution has been abused for years. We have laws superseding Constitution all over the place. Rights, which are not rights, are being found all the time by the Supreme Court.

There are just far too many violations for me to list here but Bush Jr's Patriot Act violates the 4th amendment. Obama's National Defense Act of 2011 (? I think that was the year) allowed the government to detain US citizens suspected of being a terrorist to be locked up indefinitely without due process or legal representation. They only had to be "suspected" of being a terrorist. Speaking of Obama several times he used Executive Orders and Execute Actions to create law. Trump picked up on that and has done the same. It's funny how no one on the left ever called Obama a dictator but they sure call Trump one. The executive branch of the government does not create law. The only thing the president has to do with laws is signing or vetoing bills that have passed both houses of congress.

Congress is the only legislative branch that can create law.

Speaking of that, long before Obama started circumventing Congress the left decided to use the Supreme Court to create law. They have been putting active judges on the bench to create laws that they could not get passed in Congress. Fortunately one of the biggest judicial activists died recently and was replace by a (hopefully) strict Constitutionalist.

We are so much less free than we were when this nation was founded. In fact we have far surpassed the tyranny of King George when we fought for independence.

We are taxed for every single thing we do. Our tax law is so repressive that on any given day everyone in the country is guilty of at least 3 felonies. And that is without even doing anything. It does not matter how honestly your taxes are paid. Now you know why, for some idiotic reason, presidential candidates are harassed to release their taxes. It isn't what they have done, it is what they can find to charge you with. It is not a Constitutional requirement to release your tax return to the public.

I'm not reading this shit. Take it to a judge and see what they say.

Antithesis. The US Constitution was written by and for We The People. It is instruction to the government of what We The People will allow them to get away with. Therefore, it is MY Constitution. It is also your Constitution. What I meant by that is so much of our Constitution is violated on a daily basis by our government. The Constitution is barely hanging on by a thread.

I assure you that the Constitution is very much in full effect in its entirety, much to Trump's extreme chagrin. If you can build a solid enough case that it's been violated then file a suit with that shit.

I read enough to see absence of the most important detail, how to pay for all that "free" stuff. You may not be aware that government doesn't actually earn any money, so it can do only tree things:
1. Just print them, which will destroy the currency. It will make everybody poor.
2. Take money from citizens who earned them and unfortunately there are not enough rich peoples to pay for it all, so buddy it will be on you and me (that is if you are an actual earner). It will make productive citizens poorer to support the unproductive ones. It will make everybody poor.
3. Borrow the money and let kids and grandkids worry about paying it back. That's better, it will just make kids poor.

I'mma take option 2 and call your bluff on how many rich people we have. I don't think you realize just how wealthy we still are as a nation, and just how affordable healthcare and education services have been made to be in much less wealthier countries than us just by making the f**king effort.
