The clown in Philly had the cops called on him three times that day. The cops let him chase them around brandishing a knife whilst his momma ran after him screaming "Don't shoot my boy". When he refused to drop it after being ordered to several times the cops dropped him. He supposedly had a promising career in the food delivery business and was the baby daddy to nine urban dwellers.
