Bugs Bunny briefly tried to open a pizza restaurant but he sold it to Speedy Gonzales after it became clear that it was very much Speedy's passion and not particularly Bug's. Porky Pig went into pastry delivery last I heard, and Daffy was involved in sports coaching at his local high school.
Lola Bunny is a very different, much more 3 dimensional character (in personality, not in animation) than she was in the Space Jam days - she's actually been praised these days as something of an example of a female character written well.
So, you know - they're keeping busy. They do pretty well for their age.
