Yes, on that leaderboard snapshot MyMemesAreTerrible still had 6 comments in the wild.

Do you know why he has so few comments?

MMAT deleted all their submitted images and the comments visible on their profile, I think that was late 2017 or early 2018.

It took a while for MMAT to find those last 6 comments and delete them :(
