All sexual harassment should be prosecuted, but the thing is, Trump is president. He can easily manipulate the law system to his advantage, meaning that it doesn't matter what he does: as long as he stays out of things like murder, and doesn't get caught, he can easily just say that it's 'Libturd propaganda' that wants to 'infringe on his rights of free speech'. Elections aren't a question of who's the Jesus figure and who's the asshole, but of who's less shitty, and I personally think that Biden is less shitty. You are entitled to your own opinion, and I'm not going to yell at you for it

No he actually can't. Of course while he's president he is safe from prosecution, except for an impeachment.

Of course he was not president when most of those were brought against him. Some he won in court, others dropped the charges. In other words "ya got nothin'".

An impeachment can only happen if everyone agrees that the president is shitty, but many people in the republican party profit from Trump's position and would lose power if he is impeached, so of course he won't be impeached. Also, before he was president, he was an extremely successful businessman with lots and lots of money, meaning he had access to the best lawyers and bribery. Running a lawsuit against someone with his kind of budget is pointless, because he always has the best lawyers

Yeah, sounds like a lot of excuses. You do know about half of the senate are never Trumpers right? The only incentive they have is to not have on record a Republican impeached. Other than that they'd sign it without even looking at it. In reality there was nothing there. Contempt of congress? Unspecified abuse of power? No actual crimes.

The real incentive here isn't political opinion here. It's money. People bribe court officials so that they become innocent. People with more money get better lawyers. Exxonmobil payed hush money to the scientists who discovered climate change. The NRA bribes politicians so that the second amendment is never abolished, and Trump has probably bribed politicians so that they support him. Bribery happens. And people don't always tell the truth. Deal with it.

Pretty sure Trump didn't pay anyone. He may have asked for favors, but he himself has already said publicly that he doesn't accept donations from large groups like big oil or big pharma because they expect something in return.

I know its hard to believe that there might be an honest man in politics but it appears to me he is.

Actually in this country it does. Just like Joe is innocent of Tara Reade's accusation unless it's proven in court, Trump is innocent of those accusations until THEY are proven in court. Unless you think an accusation should be the only thing that matters, with no burden of proof, in which case.. I accuse you of child molestation and burning puppies. Burden of proof does not change based on the number of accusers. If they cannot provide evidence to prove guilt, then Trump is innocent. That is how our justice system works. Innocent until PROVEN guilty. NOT Guilty until proven innocent. If you want the second system, move to either the EU or pick any dictatorship in the world. They will be right up your alley.

You don't have to like Biden to be a tool for his campaign. More than once now when someone brings up Biden you immediately deflect to Trump. "because everyone ignores it" everyone ignores the things Trump does and says? Have you missed the last 4 years? Trump is literally the most high profile personality in the media and in social media and it's almost ALL negative. Nobody ignores it, and you trying to play it off like everyone does is unbelievably dishonest. It's literally been the most high profile conversation in this country for YEARS.



You are simply trying to avoid any open discussion of what Biden may or may not have done. It has nothing to do with black/white thinking and everything to do with calling out BS when I see it. I wouldn't even have an issue with you supporting Biden if you'd been even partly consistent throughout this election.
