Protest by committing a disrespectful act is a poor choice. It doesn’t show you love your country no matter how you want to spin it. It disrespects Every man and women who served and died under it.

But the error you make, as do so many others, is in viewing it as an act of disrespect; when it's purpose is to enhance the respect our country has for its citizens. It is a plea for America to become what it promised. And that you do not see that is example one of why that is so sorely needed. If you do not respect their kneeling, you may believe you respect America; but you actually don't even understand it.

Because you kneel at the flag and say I must agree with your protest because you do is a ridiculous assumption. So if white supremists kneeled for the flag you would agree with them? The point is it is a disrespect because pretty soon every freak with a cause is kneeling. It creates disrespect for the flag. There are thousands of ways to protest that way is wrong and you will get no sympathy from me even if I agree with the basis of your protest.

I know using too many big words right? I get that logic is confusing for some. You’re twisted logic that kneeling for the flag and national anthem is a sign of respect is ridiculous. Down is up and up is down, right.

Yes, they should kneel. They are clearly not worthy to stand before that great symbol.

Or perhaps that "great symbol" is no longer worthy of them! ;)
