Coins are cash... So, technically "a billion in cash" could literally be a hundred billion pennies... Doesn't strike me as any better than the trillion in quarters.

Coins have the benefit of weight. It's possible to mechanically count them, and to mechanically roll them.

Not as easily as coins, which can be counted by weight. There is no reason to sort the coins, as the scenario specifies the trillion dollars is in quarters.

Cuz I found it really difficult with the action parts.

I normally read fantasy and things like that, but yeah alot of action too. I love it because the author goes to such detail to make things right. What do you normally read?

trillion- you can change coins out for cash.

3234.069 cubic meters of rolls of quarters, and that's not including that space between the quarters. It would probably cost millions of dollars to transport that to a bank, but I would still have more money thatn if I chose the billion, and the U.S. wouldn't have a coin shortage anymore.
