In California both Democrats and Republicans bitched about it but did nothing for the last 30 years. It started overwhelming the schools and hospitals, but they just demanded more money from Washington. They all had their reasons for secretly wanting it and none of them had to do with the working man. Illegal immigration lowers wages, increases public service expenditures far greater than any income “benefit.” It is the single greatest reason California schools went from top in the nation to 43rd. Immigration must be controlled not just an open border free for all or we will all be standing outside Home Depot hoping for some work.
