I just feel that the whole process is getting too complicated for an RP
The registration, four parties, etc. I miss the days when you were either republican or democrat and there was a strawpoll and that's it
I also think this stream is getting a bit toxic
To quote one of the community mods (I think OlympianProduct):
"It's a fake office, there's no need for real attacks."
I think people are taking this a bit too seriously

I agree. I don't think we need a website. I don't think we need all the different parties. I don't think we need all the fighting

I guess I disagree a bit about the "fake office" thing. It's a ceremonial office, perhaps, but it has symbolic value. 'Flippers will look up to the winner. Taking it too seriously? Maybe, maybe not.

The stream has become pretty important judging by the follower count. 'Flippers are drawn here because they do want to change the game and make a difference. The ideas discussed here inspire passion and thought.

I don't favor unnecessary personal attacks either, but at the same time, there are real issues to discuss, real debates to be had. Tough to draw the line sometimes. The "anti-mudslinging" rule has been a bit misenforced in some cases, perhaps.

Difficult questions, and I'm not saying I have all the answers, but I believe we're all searching for them.

I agree. So many people yelling and mudslinging. Plus the people who don't understand it's a roleplay.
