I personally disagree with that ruling. I think if someone wants to start campaigning early and get their message out there, they should be allowed to. Otherwise if they're not allowed to campaign in the Imgflip Presidents stream, they'll just campaign somewhere else like what TobyThePug and Entrapta are doing.
