It is often quite annoying... Loads of streams advertised are not even related to the subject of the meme. I am really wondering if a "visit my new stream" stream shouldn't be started or something, although, experience taught me that won't stop it anyway.

I just hate it when users spam and keep begging me to join a stream and then they become angry and upset just because I didn't join it. It happened randomly to my previous images about 5-6 days ago.

Yeah, if it becomes spam or harassment that’s not okay.

It happened especially on the fun stream almost a week ago when I had about 4 of my memes on the front page of fun and there was that going on and I was harassed by some random user.

Compared to the other awful things listed here as prohibited conduct, tasteful and topical promotion of other ImgFlip content is so minor that it barely even registers. I believe it actually helps build the ImgFlip community. Other Mods may feel differently but I can tell you it's allowed on my streams.

There are so many streams to keep track of and someone might appreciate being provided a link to a stream they might like (for example).

Makes sense. That's definitely spam and detracts from the community. I believe I've seen more harsh interpretations tho. Might be worth spelling that out a bit more in the Conduct description.

Yea, some people don't like others "advertising" their streams and more recently parties on their own posts or streams. But there's plenty of other streams these things can be shared.

He evidently doesn't understand you can't get banned. Your account could be deleted by a global mod but you can make another account just like you used your alt. You wouldn't be able to have an alt if it was a full IP ban.
