Just another phony virtue signaling hypocrite like yourself.

And guess what? Final wishes hold zero legal weight.

Oh wait! What's this?

Challenge accepted, Mr. Graham

Eyyyy

Dying wishes don’t hold any legal weight. Indeed!

Do dying wishes hold any moral weight?

(You’ll answer in the negative for yourself no doubt, but the electorate may have different feelings)

We’ll see!

You ignore that the Republicans have the WH AND Senate, unlike Obamtard. Precedent is the nominee goes through.

Had she not been so selfish, this sick cancer ridden woman could have retired in 2014 and you'd have a lib on the bench for years to come. And after the crap the dems have pulled over the last 4 years, don't even talk about morals. You guys pissed any consideration about 'yer feelz' LONG ago. But let Nasty Pelosi try and impeach again, see how far she gets with that.

The composition of the Senate is one point of distinction, but it’s not one I’m bound to find persuasive.

Senate Republicans refused to even hold hearings — totally refused — for months, and the Supreme Court has to finish out an entire term down a justice.

Now they want to ram a nomination through in less than 6 weeks because they’re afraid of losing the next election. As they should be.

Ight man. Game on.

Monday morning quarterback Ginsburg’s decision all you want, but she didn’t choose when to die.

McConnell & Co. have chosen the path of outstandingly cynical court-rigging and if it’s successful, Democrats won’t take it lying down next time they’re in power. Probably as early as Jan. 2021.

If Trump lucks into 3 SCOTUS lifetime appointments in a mere 4 years you better bet all options will be on the table.

Of course not. Unless the circumstances were reversed. Even though historically the nominee goes through when one party controls both, as it surely would had if Obama had the senate when Garland was nominated. You can't thank Harry Reid and his nuclear option. How quick it did come back to bite.

Exactly what the democrats would have done. Welcome to politics.

Oh yes, after all the cancer scares, I'm sure she thought she'd live to 125. She hasn't been fit to be sitting justice for years. Falling asleep. Missing months of work at a time. When Trump replaces her, makes sure to blame the guilty party. RBG, who put herself above her party and ideology.

Filling the SCOTUS back to 9 is not court rigging. Increasing the total number of justices IS, and the dems were talking about that long before RBG died. When you can't win, just rig the system. You democrats are gross and childish. That's why you're going to lose a huge swath of moderates. Oh, plus Biden has dementia and can't do a puff piece interview without a telepromter.

“Welcome to politics”

“Gross and childish.” Lol! You support Trump!

https://www.cleveland.com/open/2016/04/50_outrageous_donald_trump_quo_1.html

(50 outrageous Trump quotes: last updated May 2019, so it’s missing many new gems like we should really look into sunlight/disinfectant cleansing to fight Covid; George Floyd must be smiling down from heaven on the latest jobs report; etc. etc.)

https://www.google.com/amp/s/amp.cnn.com/cnn/2020/06/05/politics/donald-trump-friday-economy-trump-press-conference/index.html

There’s a deep dive into that one press conference in June where he used George Floyd’s death as a prop. That money quote is #21. 45 minutes of rambling, no questions taken from reporters. The lies and distortions pile on so fast it’s impossible to keep up with. And that’s exactly the point.

Joe Biden has dementia? Compared to what we’ve seen from Trump on a daily basis for 3.5 years? Lol and lol.

Bottom-line: you’re very adept at normalizing unprecedented behavior by Republicans while out the other side of your mouth saying Dems are in fact the ones.

No: McConnell’s led us into new territory on SCOTUS appointments with his cynical gamesmanship. Democrats can and will respond accordingly when they hold the keys to power, unless the Dems for some reason cave. I think these last few years have disabused them from that notion.

What will those fabled “moderates” think about all this? Well: we’re about to find out!

Wow, KF. Way to honor her memory.

Already did this one. Did you see it?

But seeing as conservatives are dancing all over her grave, it’s time for a different feeling

We’re capable of eloquence, but a GOP Senate and Presidential Administration that dance on her grave aren’t worthy of it.
1 up, 4y
What did Trump say when told about her death?
2 ups, 4y
Hmmm, you implicitly put the words "Fcuk Trump Trump" in her mouth, then talk about others that dance on her grave but are unworthy of even you and your liberal ilk's eloquence.

I'm sensing a bit of a liberal snowflake double standard here KF. You're usually sharper than that...

Yes and In Death she is a LOSER!
Sad but true.
Someone so obviously not Dumb doesn't retire when she could have and ensured that her replacement was chosen by a President who was aligned with her beliefs. Instead she thinks she is invincible or something and decides to stay in the position even though she is in her eighties and has had cancers.
Why didn't she decide to go in 2015 she has had cancers since the last millenium. She had heart surgery in 2014(?) as well as cancers elsewhere in her body.
Maybe her ego and self importance which the left helped to foster had created a fool who believed she was invincible and then she still needed to feed her love of the limelight and attention.
Whatever the case and wherever she is now I'm sure that until her last breathe on Earth she regretted not leaving the bench when she could have and been involved in directing her replacement.

She fell for the 98.7% hype of Hilldawg Clinton. lol Thought she could have her cake and eat it too. What they say about assumptions?
1 up, 4y
Exactly and the cake ownership dilemma I wanted to write about too but anyway.

I think she Ginsberg made statements within the last 2 years to the effect that she intended to stay alive until it was safe to retire. If I could be bothered to find articles I would.
She f**ked up big time and she knew it once Trump was elected but I'll explain in seperate paragraph.

(listen up too KYLIKAZI)

Either Ginsburg was extremely out of character dumb in not retiring (it is possible she was more stupid than we give her credit for being) or it is circumstantial proof that she was in on the Hillary for President fix they thought they had. And which Democrats still want to deny even with all the FISA stuff proving without doubt who was spying and manipulating the 2016 election. The idea that Ginsburg with 20 plus years of ill health didn't think to herself with the reasoning of her age and a laundry list of previous illnesses that it would be wiser to quit when she could have directed and overseen her replacement. Instead she attempts to stay alive until a President more aligned to her causes is elected.
In her Eighties and with such serious illness already experienced this does not seem even remotely intelligent decision making. Even Gump would have made a better decision than Ginsburg.
And the more I think about the likelihood she drank the Hillary Koolaid I have to say it holds some water with Tang!

Oh by the way, to answer your question earlier: I didn't approve the meme for political_jokes because I'm not a mod with this account lol. Feel free to add me if you wish

The meme you disapproved was a reference to a rap song from a couple years ago, probably why you didn't get it lol
