They would have to get the House to draft articles and get the Senate to even take the case (there is nothing to impeach over anyway -- just like there wasn't before)
By the time they even start to try, the seat will be filled. He did nothing wrong in filling the position. He's the one on the clock when the position opened. He should fill as soon as possible for the good of the country.
