Governors control their own states rules for COVID...so that means that governors in the states with the most deaths and infections are responsible and should be held accountable (Dem or Repub). Trump gave them anything they asked for in the way of assistance, and then asked if they needed anything else from the national level. Not sure what else he should have done.
Trump is no more responsible for COVID than Obama was responsible for H1N1...incidentally both of those came from the same place...
