That meme was a bit extreme, but it is true that there is more different between men and women than just men having something between their legs that women have not.
All I say now is average, since every man has a bit of women's behavior in them and vice versa. Men are known to be very straight forward in about well everything. This sometimes give men the reputation to be stronger both physically and mentally than women, while mentally the opposite is true. They also say that women are more sex orientated in a relationship than men, but as men are very straightforward on the subject they often think it's the men who are.
Now what I do see is this. In jobs where you must take care of people, like nurses, people taking care of old people, or guiding people with mental impairments most of the people I see there are female. Most jobs where you need to take care of little kids are also overrun by women. Jobs that are more physical like construction work and engineers are mostly men. Most coders I've met are also male. What is not clear to me is if this is because of a stigma over the jobs, like .. being a man's world or something like that, or if it's just the interest of the people of a specific sex in general. Now of course, and I know this sounds sexist, but I think that nature's call may also have something to do with it. In our primal form it were the women taking care of kids, so professions in taking care may therefore trigger a mother's instinct, I guess... Does not fully explain most coders are male, though, since if it's a man's instinct to do the more physical jobs coding is not it (I'm a coder myself, so I know). And when it comes to coding I see loads of men, but when it comes to keeping data in databases up to date, it were mostly females working there. Both jobs require a computer.
Now there's more to it than the character limit will allow me to name. And there's also the "tomboy". A girl acting like a boy. So a girl showing a lot of traits normally associated with men. And tomboys are not always lesbians (I met a lot of them who were straight). And there are also men who show more traits normally associated with females. So everything is to be taken in average.
Now one thing about women my mother always told me is, that boys are a lot sweeter when it comes to arguments. A few hard hits and it's over. Women on the other hand can be very evil. This is according to my mother, and if she wasn't a woman herself she wouldn't be my mother...
