Actually quite a bit of that has changed. We know MUCH more about this now, so therapeutics are much more effective. We know who is at risk and who is not. We now know that this is very strongly linked to T-Cells, which means that it is easier to identify at-risk communities.We significantly increased hospital capacity and have the ability to mass test. No one is going to go without a ventilator. PPE's are widely available. In short, we know a LOT more about who to protect and how to protect them now. And we know a TON more about the life-cycle of this disease. So yeah, it's not as deadly now as it was in February.

No, i think everyone should wear a mask, social distance and hopefully this will slow down, and with the anti-virus shot go away. But apparently that isnt American enough. Wearing a mask is like making me drive on the right side of the road- i should be able to drive where i want!
