I'm one of the stream owners here. None of my streams will fall under Betterflip control. All I see from ideas like Betterflip is the collective enforcing its will upon the individual. If you are not violating TOS, you don't deserve punishment, especially if your crime is the community doesn't like you.

That’s not how you do it though. If someone is violating TOS, you report it to the mods as we are experienced enough to deal with the situation in a reasoned manner. Usurping the role of mod for cases where you don’t like the mods’ ruling or for something that doesn’t even violate TOS is not the place of anyone here and it leads to disasterous results.
