Maybe they should have started with a credible story so people would read the rest. Seems like an obvious attempt to sway the election. They needed to make the story more plausible if they wanted it to be believed. If they give us more now that can't be verified and doesn't have sources, is there any reason to believe it? The rules very by state. Florida law says that if you mail-in a vote and then vote in person, the in-person vote will not be counted. If your mail-in vote was lost, your in-person vote would count. You can't have your vote counted twice, but it is possible to submit 2 votes. I don't know the laws for every state... and neither does Barr.
