Advice to your younger self

I would tell myself that no matter what that I am always loved and to stand up for yourself

Don't worry about what other people think about you, unless they are already your friend(s). Don;t be self conscious about nonsense like having the newest/hottest clothes. Pay attention in school and think for yourself when it comes to matter of opinion. Be nice to "losers" because they often end up being the best people of the bunch.

I'd tell them, woah, there are two identical mes

"Don't wait for 30 years what you were actually planning to do now!"
This sounds cryptic, but those who know me irl know what I mean with that!

That advice people (including myself) give you usually comes from a good place and even makes sense, but ask for further clarification.

Trust yourself - this includes who else to trust, even if before yourself in certain situations.
You can do anything - if you work for it and figure out the "how" (and it's physically possible)
Question everyone and everything, but don't be an ass about it, seek knowledge, not conflict.
Learn from your mistakes, but don't dwell on them to the point it consumes your life.
Plan ahead - but don't punish yourself when you inevitably slip up sometimes.
