I don't get why it wouldn't be enforced on all streams though. If what I did was against Imgflip's terms, why wouldn't that be the case on the LGBTQ stream? Himiko__Toga openly said they were trying to get the LGBTQ stream to come and attack me. Apparently that's fine, but making fun of that user after they've deleted their account is harassment??
