But, given the number of White Supremicists who have been busted for killing cops, transporting incindiary devices and looting, etc, it is hard to tell who has done what. The Supreme Court and other Federal Courts have said their are limits to who has rights undeer the Second Amendment, specifically. Generally speaking, minors have no legal status to guarantee them such rights. The states in question, he brought the weapon from Illinois where he lives, have laws limiting minors owning and carrying such weapons. If he is charged and tried as an adult, legal scholars will have to examine whether majority status would extend to the Second Amendment question.
