9-1-1 call states he had a knife. That's what the person who called in reported. Police radio states he has a knife. Officers in the video can clearly be heard ordering him to drop his knife. His record shows repeated resisting arrest incidents, including resisting arrest with a deadly weapon. He was in the act of taking the keys away from the person who called in the domestic. The same keys he was going to use to drive off with children in the car.
