This just occurred to me. Was Boba Fett the last surviving clone of Jango?

Yes and no. We know Rex also lived past the battle of Endor so he could still be alive and well after return of the Jedi (which boba Fett DOES live through). Boba Fett was a clone who wasn't messed with (no altered dna/behavior) making him a non normal clone. So we don't know if he or Rex would be the last surviving clone
