At least, allow us to edit our image to move our text a little bit

I already enable this option. The problem is before we click Generate Meme, we don't see the Imgflip logo. After we generate the meme, we can't do anything to move the text out of the way.

Do you mean in comment images or submitted images? You can go back and adjust the text boxes before you submit.

I mean in submitted image. I don't have this option. I think it is because I don't have Imgflip Pro.

Oh, yea no one can edit an image after it's submitted, not even pro gives you that option but honestly it's hardly noticeable to most people here.

By default, text is already automatically positioned above the watermark. You have to deliberately move your text down to the very bottom with little padding before the watermark will cover it. If you mess it up just click "change settings" and you can fix it in a couple seconds.

People do frequently mess this up though so we do need to make it more foolproof. We can't simply put the watermark behind your text though, since then people would cover it up to avoid having a watermark.

If we fill the text then add another image, the text end up at the wrong place and we need to move it. So, many time i moved the text too far at the bottom.

Ah, interesting, do you think it would be useful to automatically move the text box to the bottom whenever a new image is added? Or is it more common for the text box to remain where it was originally?

actually it looks like this already happens if the textbox is at the bottom of the image - are you talking about text boxes that are in the middle of the image needing to be moved?
