EVERY WEEKEND IS A GREAT WEEKEND

I said almost the same thing to my boss, but preemptively. She thought that it was a great idea have a zoom meeting on Friday afternoons. Every week she asks "Does anyone have anything fun planned this weekend?" (As if she actually gives a shit.) So one day I got tired of it and blurted out "NOT WORKING!"

That didn't go over well.

I personally don't work Saturdays unless my boss ask me to. So I have the majority of weekends off which is nice. I wouldn't trade this for anything. I have worked plenty of other places where it was mandatory to work Saturday and Sunday. I have a life outside of work like most other people do. When you spend more time at work then you do at home its a drag, money aside. Especially when you have a family.

It's stupid that some places make you work on Sundays, if you're a Christian, but It's also bad that some places make you work on Saturday. ;(

...Or the places that make you work on any day who's name ends in "day".

Because every parent knowns, if it is possible to shit one's shirt, a child between ages 0 and 6 will be the person to make it reality.... When my son first came home from the hospital, he managed to projectile shit all over his mom three times in the first two months until she learned to check his diaper from the side and not the business end of the pooper.
