So there are open questions of anybody who hung out with Epstein that opens them up to suspicion of it. It’s not hate speech to bring it up or discuss it.

That’s debatable — the Clintons have been subject to dozens of conspiracies over the better part of 3 decades, and very few of them have turned out to have substance. Some of them have which is why I mentioned the affairs and the emails in the top panel.

Ok, so then why call it hate speech? You were able to put forth a reasonable argument against the suspicion. Why declare it hate speech and why wouldn’t you say the same about the Russian collusion Suspicion against Trump that is unproven, debunked and even looks suspect at its core.

I haven’t said that accusing Trump of Russian collusion isn’t hate speech, either. The Mueller Report didn’t find any evidence of Trump’s direct involvement; however, some of his campaign subordinates were involved and while the Mueller probe was ongoing there was reasonable suspicion that Trump himself may have been.

There is some epistemological uncertainty in almost everything we say, except for clearly provable facts like the earth orbits the sun.

So the concept of burden of proof is important. As you get further down this staircase, the less credible assertions become.

Right and as of right now, not guilty so accusations are unfounded. I don’t deny anyone’s right to comment about It because I don’t fear the outcome. Hate speech is just a precursor to thought policing that is practiced all over China. America is not a one thought country and hopefully never will be. I don’t fear words or thoughts. Actions are what we should be held accountable for.
