When a bank robber gets into the getaway vehicle and there is a driver for that vehicle, the driver is an accomplice to the robbery. Sure, he'll be charged with a lesser crime, but he is still charged. When a rioter robs and torches a business and someone gets in the way of the police officers to protect that individual, they ARE an accessory to the crime.

Anyway, I do have proof on my part. The video shows the protestors who were arrested were not causing violence in any way shape or form, and after they were arrested they were released without any charges.
