I love how you recognize that this is an issue we're taking a vote on but then you say our opinion doesn't matter. Says a lot about how you think voting works.

You are reading into it. It means my mind is made up and nothing will change it, it does not say that anyone else has to follow my lead.

That is a common logic fallacy, one belief does not affect the other. Making a meme supporting one topic doesn't change my feelings on any other topic.

I still think all lives matter but I would not hesitate to take one to defend a loved one.

This Back the Blue meme is in response to the dump ideas I saw on the news. People are using politics to attack innocent officers and demanding limits on law enforcement that will harm citizens. It is time to hold the political elite accountable.

Are you saying that it's a logical fallacy in the same way that saying "All Lives Matter" in response to "Black Lives Matter" is?

You've never said All Lives Matter to someone saying that Black Lives Matter, then?

It would depend on the situation, if someone is screaming black lives matters in anger and you respond with all lives matter, both statements are used as a weapon. If one person makes the statement that all lives matters it covers black lives too. Taken by itself, black lives matters statement does not have to mean that other lives do not. Words and situation matters too.

I see anyone responding to the black lives matter with a smile and following up with all lives matter as an agreement with an addition.

I would see an angry response to all lives matter as a sign of intolerance and the angry person as a fool. The logic fallacy would fall on the angry person for giving themselves the power to read the other person mind and worse acting on it.
