I thought when vampires orgasmed mosquitos shot out of their peehole. Then the mosquitos feed on humans for just a little while to get the necessary genes before hiding in the woods to morph into hillbillies. The hillbillies dont really know where they came from and some assume human lives and eat a lot of rare steak. Others figure out what they are, buy a cape, and move to the city .

The light from the moon is a reflection of the suns light so technically the vampires are standing in sunlight when they go out at night
As long as there is a full moon
So in conclusion Vampires can stand sunlight just low concentration of sunlight not high concentration
