Wasn't it reported when the autopsy came out? Meanwhile Floyd has been forgotten, no one clamoring for Chauvin's trial. If they go for murder charge and not manslaughter it's going to be difficult to prove in court.

BTW, one of the signs of fentanyl OD is difficulty breathing. Wondering if some of the "covid deaths" are actually ODs, but no autopsies can be performed on covid deaths. How convenient.

Fentanyl-linked deaths are being called the Opioid Epidemic's Third Wave

IF george floyd died of an overdose, wouldng that mean the cops didnt kill him making him innocent and that would take away the reason for the riots making them even bigger criminals

No, because even if I were to grant you that he died from an overdose, the knee on his neck greatly contributed to his death. If the police interaction never happened, floyd would have never died. Simple as that.

so you're saying they should've let the resisting criminal go, got it

So you blatantly strawmanned my position. Got it.

Once he was handcuffed, he was no longer a threat. The confrontation could have just have ended there. I never said that he shouldn't be arrested, just that he isn't summarily executed. Small difference I know. No biggie.

The fact that you're even bringing up the idea that the cops could are innocent is very worrying to me. There is no circumstance where a cop is ever justified in kneeing an ALREADY HANDCUFFED person to death for 9 minutes.

why did he resist arrest for an entire 3 minutes while he was handcuffed refusing to get in the police car, makes no sense to me

What doesn't make sense to me is why chauvin would put a knee on floyd's neck for 9 minutes even when the threat posed by him was nonexistent. People resist arrest all the time, but that doesn't give the police officer the right to more force than necessary and even execute them. In floyd's case, he was handcuffed, so force was completely unnecessary.

what doesnt make sense is how he can resist arrest but police cant push back harder to put him in the car, sure he was handcuffed, didnt mean he wasnt trying to get away still

Wow, a squirmy person with incapacitated hands is such a threat to armed police! The horror! We must subdue this person by unnecessarily and ruthlessly suffocating said person to death in 9 minutes. Totally makes sense.

When it doesn't make sense do you ever consider alternative possiblities as to why actions were taken. Like it is all theater and how the camera never shows you the lower body and legs of floyd and no alternative camera angle exists to show the same event.

There is no “alternative” circumstance where a police officer choking a handcuffed man for 9 minutes to death is okay. It’s pretty clear what was going on.

You missed the point in focusing on the first sentence.
I understand the presented situation and if all true then I wouldn't opine any different to yourself.
But suppose it's only theater designed to iilicit the reponse it did. To act as a catalyst for activating the rent a crowd BLM movement which only make noise at election times( as if this shit doesn't go on at any other time) and all the others like yourself who were rightly enraged by the scenario presented.
With hindsight you now cannot disagree with statements like "George floyd has been forgotten" given all that has passed since his death occurred.
It isn't about Floyd it's about formenting unrest in a given population, about dividing the herd against each other. In this case formenting, promoting further distrust in police and their actions.
Unless you hold communist beliefs I don't see how you can see BLM as anything more than an externally funded traitorous group, formed and funded with one goal in mind. Civil unrest and the establishment of Communist government wherever they operate.
CAUSE AND REACTION, THESIS AND ANTITHESIS.
Problem= Black man is detained by means of excessive force in his arrest and dies.
Reaction= Disgust at treatment leading to organised protests which turn into rioting and looting in many cities.
Solution= Defund Police departments for not treating criminals with more respect when being arrested.
Anyways this is more what i meant about alternative possibilities.

So, the story is that the cop had his knee on his neck for eight minutes while he was overdosing?

Then cop is guilty of criminal neglect and manslaughter. What's changed?

i can not find a single person saying this

I just so happened that the overdose kicked in at the EXACT moment there was a f**king knee on his neck. The fact he couldn’t breathe for minutes probably has nothing to do with his death amirite?

Stop justifying an extrajudicial execution.

It’s possible that both contributed to his death. One without the other and maybe he survives. Doesn’t change that standing on anyone’s neck for that long Is criminal.

I think he still would have died if he didn’t have the overdose.

We will never know, his reactions were pretty consistent with someone suffering a cardiac arrest. Whether that was brought on by the drugs or the combination is all supposition now.
