Not really, I could never control the dreams, they just seemed extremely real to me. Some dreams come and go and you never remember them, there are aspects of those dreams that I still remember even now and that has been 2 years ago. I don't think it would work with video games...funny thing about nicotine is that it can act as a very mild hallucinogen, and when you remove it from your system your brain signals go all weird and you have dreams at night but still maintain a certain level of daytime cognitive awareness. That's where the dreams come in, they are just normal dreams but they seem very real. So, unless video games are mild hallucinogens that act the same then I think you're outta luck.
