They are one and the same. The Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit are all of one essence (God), and yet are distinct. Don't ask me to explain. Some things about God just can't be explained (otherwise, He wouldn't be God!).

This may be confusing but Jesus is Hod and God is Jesus.

Jesus = God. I know, it’s really confusing. But, we believe that God is three in one, The Father, Son, and Holy Spirit

Just a general Christian perspective I guess.

Both Protestants and Catholics pray and worship the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Because all three persons (persona, not phyiscal persons but essence of or being) is equally God.

In a nutshell. Jesus is God so we worship Him. But we also address the Father and the Holy Spirit.
