Why do the repuggies hate that 20 million more people have healthcare under ACA? I thought they were pro life?

If it were a government option for people that can't afford it, then sure I might support it. That's not what it is though. It's a forced network to purchase required insurance written by the insurance companies.

Keep up with the times. The mandated coverage was removed from the law many months ago. There are still exchanges which list the most affordable plans. And, there is Medicaid, which is means tested, meaning it is there for those who cannot otherwise afford it. It sounds like it is what you say you would support. That explains why five very Republican states' Republica voters have chosen it, by referrendum. I know the partisan propaganda against it is fairly strong and consistent. Do your own research and make up your own mind, like millions of fellow conservatives have done.

Mandated coverage was removed but the prices are still insane. The most affordable plan in my area is over 1/4 of my income. Medicaid is only for old people. They won't let me on it.
