Muggle-borns would likely go to a normal school, as they (and their parents) are mostly only informed their kid is wizard/witch once they are old enough to attend to Hogwarts. When it comes to full wizard children, I think I read somewhere that they are educated in the basic things, like reading, calculating and some other things by their parents.
Half-Bloods are indeed the strange ones here. In Ron and Hermione's case, they are wizard and witch even with Hermione being a Muggle-Born, yet their children are officially half-blood. I think home education will therefore be likely, and I think Harry himself would, since James and Lily are in the same league as Ron and Hermione, would also be home educated if Voldemort didn't kill his parents.
In the case of Seamus Finnigan, whose father is actually a Muggle and his mother being a witch, it's hard to tell. Seamus' old man only found out his wife was a witch after marriage, but all I know about the revelation was that it was "a bit of a shock for him". Seamus could therefore be on a normal school and that his old man only found out about his wife being a witch because Seamus was admitted to Hogwarts.
It was revealed that Cho Chang eventually married a Muggle man, so technically her kids are in the same league as Seamus. I only don't know if Cho's husband knew Cho was a witch prior to marriage. I don't even know the name of her husband.
Of course Tom Riddle aka Voldemort was also in the same league as Seamus. Witch mother, Muggle father, but since he never knew his mother, and the orphanage not being aware Merope was a witch, it's safe to assume Tom was educated in the same manner as all other orphans, prior to Dumbledore visiting him to tell him to come to Hogwarts. So this is another dead trail (and no Horcrux can help with that).
