For anyone who'd like to respond, I ask this question in response to the meme: "When is it ok to end a human life, legally and without malice?" When you answer, be prepared with the definition of human life, and before responding please consider that many laws in the past (Jim Crow, women's rights, etc.) have been overturned in favor of civil rights and morality. Just because it is law, does not make it moral or acceptable, it just means you cannot be charged with a crime. Also, please note that I say "human life", not "baby, child, fetus, embryo, etc." If anyone wishes to discuss this with me, you will find my answer to the original question regarding abortion in the responses I give.
Great post, some of the best discussions that have occurred in the Think Tank have been with regards to this topic, and I've seen many productive dialogues happen as long as those engaged can remain respectful.
