covid 19 shut down to rig the election

I still get government letters for the people who occupied my house 5 years back and routinely have to have mine resent out because I didn't receive them, which could be due to any of 7 people down the chain, ending at the post man.

If these occasions were elections, my vote wouldn't/couldn't be counted.
